All products sold by Carbon Fiber Australia are warranted for a period of one year providing the product has been installed and used according to the accompanying instruction manual if included. All products are warranted against manufacturing and assembly defects from the date of sale for the original purchaser only. Defect products will be replaced or repaired. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Great Care should be taken when cutting carbon fiber products. If you have questions or concerns please contact us.

Shipping details

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is made, but are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Please double check your delivery address to ensure it is correct. All orders are shipped via Australia Post as Reguar Post, Registered Post or Express Post. P.O. Boxes are accepted as a delivery address. For Australian customers please allow up to 4 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is 2-3 working days. International customers should allow 7-10 days. In the event there is a known delivery delay, for example stock shortage, you will be contacted. All items are covered by transit insurance for your peace of mind. We are sorry pick-ups are not possible for internet orders.
